Global Externship Program
Overview
The Global Observership program is a course that allows international medical students to set up a rotation in one of the given US hospitals.
This is a paid rotation and needs to be schedule at least 9 months in advance so the Institute for Global Health can make the proper arrangements.
Payments are made through an online link that is provided no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Before applying is recommended that the student has the proper VISA to enter the United States for America. The Institute for Global Health might be able to provide a letter of reference but that is not guarantee for a VISA. If you have any questions, please reach out to igh@msu.edu
