Sung Soo Chung
Sung Soo Chung is serving as the Associate Director, and has worked for the Institute for Global Health since 2012. Chung has also worked for VIPP for more than 15 years and is responsible for new international higher education program development and implementation with Korea and other countries in Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and North Africa. Chung identifies potential program areas and collaborative opportunities for Michigan State University with companies, government agencies, and educational institutions abroad. He also works as a program planner and implementer with a variety of program sponsors in Korea, Japan, Brazil, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Costa Rica, Vietnam, Thailand, Libya, Saudi Arabia, and Uzbekistan, including the Ministry of Education, Samsung, SK Telecom, Energy Market Regulatory Authority, Istedod Foundation, University of Costa Rica, Denki Rengo, University the Ryukyu, Foreign Trade University, Bangkok Glass, Saudi Arabia Cultural Mission, among others.
